Meet Arus Yeritsyan

Arus Yeritsyan was born in Armenia and moved to America at the age of eight. She started her dental career as a dental assistant and then teamed up with Dr. Charles and Morishita in 2008 as a staff administrator. Through her commitment to excellent customer service and leadership, she was promoted to office manager in 2013 and has been managing the practice ever since. In 2022, she became a Director of Operations, and she has managed the team through a name change, the addition of another specialty (endodontics), and the practice transition to the ownership of Dr. Weightman, and the retirement of Dr. Morishita.

Driven by a passion for excellence and continuous improvement. Arus is dedicated to fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence at Foundation Dental Specialists. She believes in empowering her team to deliver outstanding results while prioritizing patient satisfaction and exceptional clinical outcomes. She is often sighted welcoming our patients with her warm smile.

During her free time Arus loves spending time with her two children and husband. She enjoys reading fiction books and exploring a variety of baking recipes.
